Bad Instructions, Two Part Material Didn't Work,Mold Hurt Gums, Bought 3 Never Recieved Any, They...
I bought one, then I was told it wasn't the one to use. So I bought a double order bite guard for top and bottom and was going to give the first purchased to a friend as a gift. When we tried to make the impressions the 2 part material didn't work as the incorrect instructions said it would. It didn't mix properly and their instruction times didn't match the hardening of the materials. When I went to use the bottom tray it didn't fit in my mouth properly and really hurt my lower gums. I didn't get back to it for a long time. When I contacted them recently they said they would not honour the purchases, and the 3 bite guards I paid for they were keeping the money. They would not provide any product as it was too long ago. However they would give me 15% off if I buy another set. GTFO. Yes it was a long time ago but I had some major life issues and also Covid to deal with. I hope they choke on my money. Fuckers. I recommend spending a little more money and getting a proper set from your dentist. They don't use molds anymore, they use the way more accurate 3D scan technology with a hand held wand type device. It also scans your bite. The actual bite guard is only one piece of the puzzle. The way it fits with your other teeth is as important and if it's not properly set up you will potentially hurt your teeth and jaw. My dentist charged me $200 for the bite guard and then another $400 for the specialized work to ensure the grinding and clenching will be minimalized by the proper fit. Save your money, run from these guys to your dentist. Be sure they have taken courses to adjust the bite guard correctly.
