Took forever to receive

Took 3 weeks to receive them and one of them the back bottom molar for the material has a jagged upwards tilt to it that makes it hurt to close my teeth. I will have to file it down with a sander to correct it. Shocked how long they take to get and also not happy they lost my files inside of a year so I had to resubmit the impressions which added to the time.
