The only thing is that they don't seem to last long, they wear out, as I wear them during the day, every day.

TEETH IMPRESSION ADVICE: I recommend that you mix the putty faster than the instructions state. Mix all the putty until the white streaks are no longer visible. What they don't tell you is that you need to move very fast because you have still have to consider the time it takes to roll it into a hotdog shape and put it in the tray. If you wait too long, the putty will harden like a rock and you won't be able to get your teeth in. Luckily they give you a 2nd attempt but not an extra tray so you have to remove the blue putty to try again. Got it the 2nd time around. Hope this helps somebody.

I've never used a mouthguard before so I was fearful of purchasing two to wear at the same time, but my dentist recommended buying this so here I am. I'm planning to use a set of the spare guards next week as a teeth whitening tray too, I'll be curious to see how it works. Overall I'm pretty satisfied so far. It does the job.Thinner than I anticipated.
