This is my 2nd set of retainers from Sentinel. First set I got through Amazon. Communication is better when you buy directly from the Sentinel website. I understand after speaking with the customer service that they;re a third party seller on Amazon which means that you’re better off contacting them directly than going through the Amazon contact. They kept my teeth impressions in their file database and were able to make my 2nd set at a 20% discount. They fit just like the first. I’m very satisfied and will let others know about this great company.

I didn’t get a good impression of my back molars on my lower teeth (uppers were fine). The company quickly sent me a new kit explaining that I needed to retake my impression. I took my impression again and sent it off. Received my retainers about a week or so later. After wearing my retainers for a couple of weeks now I can say that I’m very happy with my decision. The price is much better than the dental office and I was impressed with the quality of their product and service. I will definitely be purchasing again when it comes time for a replacement.

The material feels very similar to my old ones. Maybe a little thinner? The scalloped top is different than my old ones. They were cut straight across but these do seem to fit better. Product is as advertised in the pictures. Would recommend!
