I bought this guard for Jiu Jitsu training. I didn’t want a super thick guard and I love that this company give you the option to choose how thick it will be. This one is a 2mm. It offers solid protection. I can speak clearly and it does not fall out while I’m training. Had some trouble with the impression. Had to do it 3 times to get a good fit. I’ll say this: Be sure to get the gum line when you’re taking your impression. That’s what they’re looking for. They said mine was too shallow the first two times. Even though I had some fitting trouble I’m very pleased with the final product.

Being able to choose how thick these are is a plus.
Needed two of these. One for MMA and one for weightlifting. I got a thinner one for weight lifting and a 3mm one for MMA. Fits well. Made well. I recommend.
Great value for the low price. My dental office wanted to charge me $300 and I didn’t get an option to pick my thickness. I went with a 2mm thick guard because I’m not doing a full contact sport. Fits very well. Definitely recommend~

Love the look and feel! I chose white. It’s thin and if you didn’t know any better you’d barely be able to tell I have one in. I got the thinnest one because I have a bad gag reflex. Impression putty process was easy. Will use again in the future!

Its better 2 or 3 mm for the thick?

For full contact sports we suggest a 3mm thickness. 2mm is thin and best for non contact sports.

I couldn’t pass on the great price these were being sold for. I followed instructions for taking my teeth mold they gave me and ordered a blue mouthguard. When I got the guard I knew it would fit well but the fit is far better than I imagined. It’s not too bulky. It feels good in my mouth. Very uncomfortable. Even wearing it while talking is easy. Again, very uncomfortable. Thank you.
