I love love love this night guard and the convenience of this service. The first thing I do in the morning is scrub it with some liquid soap, rinse it, dry it and put it right back in its case next to my bed. This way, it’s ready for me at night and it stays clean and clear. I had one years ago that I didn’t take care of and it turned a disgusting yellow. Never again! I tried the ones you boil & bite but it was so bulky and made me gag. These are custom made from an impression from your teeth and there is a HUGE difference. When you do the impression, make sure you do it in front of a mirror and use the bigger sized tray. Not the smaller one. I made a mistake the first time but they include an extra set of putty for a retry.

In this review, I compared to OralB brand from Wal-Mart to Sentinel Mouthguards. Without a doubt, there shouldn’t even be a comparison. I didn’t know what I was missing and I don’t know why I took so long to switch to a custom made guard. I used to go through several of the Oral B’s from Walmart per year and I thought I was saving money.Oral B guard doesn’t stay in place, the material is cheap and if you grind through it oh well. My vote by far is for the Sentinel brand. I use the night guard everyday so cost and effectiveness are important.
