Can’t believe I’m writing a product review for my tongue biting problem. But here goes.
This is the most comfortable mouth guard set I’ve ever worn ever. I am so impressed by this brand. The customer service was extremely helpful over the phone. The entire process was quick and easy and the mouth guards are a perfect fit. This is a wonderful product!

They sent me the impression trays and putty, and I chose the correct tray size. The smallest tray was too small and cut off my molars. Took my impressions and mailed it off. The teeth guards arrived within 10 days. I popped them in and they both fit like a glove. It works GREAT and I have no soreness. I’m 69 and thought I would never get used to wearing these. I am keeping this product as I am very satisfied.

The thin soft plastic is like the teeth whitening trays I got custom made at the dentist years ago. It’s comfortable but I grind my teeth too so I wore a hole through the plastic within about a month. They did replace it for me which I appreciate. There’s a 6 month replacement warranty of you wear through the guard. They do not cover heat damage like if you left it our in your car and the heat warps it so keep it in the AC. Thinking about getting a thicker night guard for my top teeth and still wearing my thin lower guard so that I don’t keep grinding holes through it!

I screwed up my dental impressions. Both of them. I took too long to mix the putty both times. Guess I’m bad at reading directions. The company did send me a redo kit free of charge. I was successful the second time around and got my guards. They really do fit like a glove and my tongue is healed! I highly recommend your company! A+++++

I’m putting the review here because this is the intended purpose. That is, to stop my cheek biting but I actually ordered the hard dental retainers for this and it works exceptionally well. I don’t know if anyone else has ordered the hard ones for cheek biting but they work too. Basically, the plastic surface disallows the cheek to “catch” between the teeth. I’m sure the soft ones are fine.

This has been a problem since I was a kid. I bite the inside of my cheeks until they bleed. I do it in my sleep so I am unaware of it. I’ve tried a lot of methods to stop the cheek biting. I think I do it more when I’m stressed. I bought these dental guards because I can’t seem to stop on my own. I can sleep with them in comfortably. I can’t tell you how nice it is to finally have my cheeks healed up. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that has the same issues as me. 10 stars!!!!

This is the first product I have found that actually works! I am a chronic tongue biter and have damaged the edges of my tongue. My tongue bleeds and is very painful. The soft dental guards are comfortable. It took me about a week to get used to sleeping with them comfortably. They are thin and my tongue has quickly healed. My daughter has seizures and has had terrible pain from biting her tongue during her episodes. I searched for a long time to find something that would help her. The dental impression process was very easy to do. I helped her with her impressions and we received two very well made soft night guards. She wears them nightly just in case she has a seizure. So far so good. They’re very thin and soft yet firm and I feel better that she has something protecting her from damaging her tongue any more.
