You wear your guard 6–8 hours a night. Leaching is real — it happens when plasticisers migrate out of the material into your body. Every Sentinel material is selected specifically because it does not leach.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A++++ I'm no stranger to teeth whitening products. I've whitened my teeth with the strips, at the mall kiosks and with the LED light that I got suckered into on Instagram. There's a big difference between this teeth whitening system and the ones I mentioned above. I did a lot of research so I'll share my experience to save you all some time. The whitening trays are reusable and there is plenty of gel to last for many months so you can whiten as your teeth get yellow again. Which they will. I love to keep my teeth nice and bright but they do get dull if I don't keep it up, so it's nice to have the trays and gel ready to go anytime I need a boost! You do have to be mindful when taking your teeth impressions because the trays need to cover all of the teeth in order to whiten the entire area. I had to redo my upper teeth impression the first time but the kit does contain an extra putty pack to try again and I believe they will send you a free redo kit in addition to that if you need it. I sent my impressions off on a Thursday and received my order at the end of the following week. Pretty fast for custom work! The gel works quickly and I'm very impressed with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and company. Happy customer!!

My teeth weren't too bad but some yellowing from coffee stains. I'm a former dental assistant and know that getting the gel on your gums can be irritating so be careful. The instructions say to have it on for 2-4 hours. I kept it on for about 45 minutes each session and it takes about 5 days to see optimal results. Only 1/2 of the one tube out of 3 were used so plenty of gel leftover for future whitening. Highly recommend!!
