100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Three Attempts to Get It Right
At Sentinel Mouthguards, we stand behind our products and are committed to customer satisfaction.
If you're experiencing a fit issue, we'll work with you to make it right. During your 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period, we may provide adjustments, remakes, and one complimentary replacement impression kit in any combination to address fit concerns.
If we are unable to resolve the fit issue after three attempts, we will issue a refund less the standard $23 impression kit and shipping fee.
This policy applies only to fit-related concerns reported within the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your custom Sentinel Mouthguards product for any reason, you may request a refund within 100 days of receiving your guard.
To receive a refund:
- A refund request must be submitted within 100 days of delivery.
- The guard must be returned to Sentinel Mouthguards.
- Refunds are issued after the returned product is received.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are subject to a $23 deduction to cover the cost of the impression kit and shipping.

Please note that Sentinel Mouthguards products must be purchased directly through Sentinel Mouthguards. We do not authorize third-party resellers and cannot provide support, refunds, remakes, or warranties for products purchased through unauthorized sources.
Exchanges
Within your 100-day satisfaction guarantee period, you may exchange your guard for a different guard type or thickness.
If there is a price difference:
- You will be billed for any additional amount due.
- You will receive a credit if the replacement product is lower in price.
Exchanges are limited to changes in guard type or thickness.
Switching from an upper guard to a lower guard, or vice versa, is not considered an exchange and requires a new order.
The original guard must be returned to Sentinel Mouthguards before an exchange can be processed.
Contact us within 100 days of delivery to begin an exchange.
Fit Issues & Adjustments
If your new guard does not fit properly, please contact us within 100 days of receiving it.
We offer complimentary adjustments and will work with you to achieve the best possible fit.
If necessary, we may request the return of the guard for evaluation and adjustment. When appropriate, we may also provide a complimentary replacement impression kit.
- Adjustment turnaround time is typically 1–2 business days after the guard is received.
- Shipping and adjustment costs are covered by Sentinel Mouthguards.
- One complimentary replacement impression kit may be provided when necessary.
Additional impression kits may be purchased for $15 each.
All adjustments, remakes, and replacement impression kits are provided at the sole discretion of Sentinel Mouthguards following review by our quality control team.
Dental Impression Kits
Returning an Impression Kit
If you decide not to proceed with your order, you may return your impression kit within 30 days of purchase.
Once the kit has shipped, refunds are subject to a $23 deduction to cover the cost of the impression kit, shipping, and handling.
Refunds are issued after the returned materials are received by Sentinel Mouthguards.
Additional Impression Kits
Each order includes one impression kit with enough material for an initial impression and a second attempt if needed.
If a successful impression cannot be obtained, Sentinel Mouthguards will provide one complimentary replacement impression kit.
Additional impression kits beyond the complimentary replacement may be purchased for $15 each.
If you decide not to move forward with your order due to difficulties taking an impression, refunds may be available within the applicable return period and will be subject to the standard $23 deduction.
Returning Your Dental Impression
Dental impressions must be returned within 6 months of purchase for the order to be fulfilled.
Orders for which impressions are not received within 6 months will be considered abandoned and may be cancelled by Sentinel Mouthguards without refund.
If more than 6 months have passed since purchase and the customer wishes to proceed, a new order may be required.
Sentinel Mouthguards reserves the right to refuse impressions received after the 6-month deadline.
Dental Work After Purchase
Sentinel Mouthguards cannot guarantee fit if dental work is completed after your guard has been fabricated.
Because changes to your teeth can alter the fit of your appliance, we cannot offer refunds, remakes, or replacements for guards that no longer fit due to:
- Crowns
- Bridges
- Veneers
- Implants
- Orthodontic treatment
- Extractions
- Other dental procedures
If your dental anatomy changes after purchase, a new order and new dental impression will be required.
Existing Dental Impressions
We generally recommend using Sentinel Mouthguards' impression system to ensure your impression is current and accurate.
However, we may accept dental impressions from your dentist if:
- The impression is less than 6 months old.
- The impression accurately reflects your current dental anatomy.
- The impression arrives undamaged.
A prepaid printable shipping label can be provided upon request.
Sentinel Mouthguards reserves the right to reject any impression that is incomplete, damaged, distorted, or otherwise unsuitable for fabrication.
Please note that dental impressions sent to us may not be returned, and Sentinel Mouthguards is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
Wisdom Teeth (Third Molars)
As an industry standard, wisdom teeth are generally not included in the fabrication of custom night guards.
If you would like your wisdom teeth included:
- The request must be made before fabrication begins.
- The wisdom teeth must be clearly captured in the dental impression.
If a new impression is required solely because the wisdom teeth were not properly captured, a $15 impression kit fee may apply.
Expedited Service
Expedited laboratory service fees are non-refundable.
If a remake or adjustment is required, your expedited laboratory service will be honored on the replacement.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once shipping services have been purchased.
Sentinel Mouthguards is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, customs, weather, or other carrier-related issues.
Product Warranty
Sentinel Mouthguards warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage is limited to the repair, replacement, or remake of the original product at the sole discretion of Sentinel Mouthguards.
The 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is separate from the Product Warranty described below.

- No-Show Day Guard
- Tongue & Cheek Biting Guards
30-Day Warranty
- Clear Retainers
- Custom Whitening Trays
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by excessive grinding or chewing beyond the intended use of the product
- Damage caused by pets
- Accidental damage, loss, or improper storage
- Alterations made by anyone other than Sentinel Mouthguards
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Changes in dental anatomy resulting from dental work, orthodontic treatment, tooth movement, extractions, implants, crowns, veneers, bridges, or other dental procedures
Warranty coverage is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
