At first I bought night guards from Proteeth but these are much better. A few things to note: 1. Don't remove the putty from the tray after impression has been taken. Keep it in the plastic tray & mail the whole thing back. 2. Mix the putty fast. I mixed too slow the 1st time & had to redo. They included an extra putty set so it wasn't a problem. 3. They offer free adjustments if its too tight. Really impressed with this product, incredibly easy to follow instructions and if you follow them, you're left with a secure fitting, comfortable and perhaps most importantly a better nights' sleep. I know another reviewer was worried that reboiling wouldn't be effective since they might be similar to other mouth guard brands. That is true. You cannot boil the Sentinel Mouthguard. However, if you take your mold correctly you will not need to do anything but wear it. It wasn't the most comfortable process but worked.

I received my mouth guard and am very happy with the product so far. It was a bit nerve racking finding an internet company to fulfill this need. I'm glad I found Sentinel. I have been telling everyone I know about it and I've found most of my friends and family have mouth guards. I will continue to talk about it and hope to send some folks your way.

This is a review about their customer service. This product just didn't work for me. I have a very bad gag reflex and was unable to use the trays to take my teeth impressions. I opened and used the impression kit they sent out and called them to tell them that I couldn't complete the process. They were so kind and issued my full refund immediately. Didn't even have to send back the materials! Even though I didn't end up getting a night guard, I was so pleased with the way they handled my issue. I will be back if I can ever get past this horrible gag reflex! Thank you again Sentinel. -Mary

I am a severe grinder and had an extensive amount of dental work to correct cracked and shortened teeth. I've even cracked crowns. I was a bit skeptical about Sentinel but figured it would save me a lot down the line since I average about a night guard every 18 months. My $650 custom night guard has hairline cracks all over after just one year. The process was thoroughly explained in the email and customer service has been excellent. It felt tight at first, but I've already gotten used to it after just 3 nights. Not only that I saved $$$, I don't have to go to the dentist's for fitting, which alone is a big hassle. I cannot be happier!

100% Satisfied Customer!! I've been through so much with my jaw. Popping, pain while eating, teeth sensitivity..it was dominating my life but I couldn't afford the dentist made ones. This is a lifesaver for me! I was cracking my teeth and having horrible jaw pain. The store bought guards weren't cutting it and the dental office price is unbelievably high. This team really does go to great lengths to meet customer satisfaction. I messed up my first dental impression and was quickly shipped another for free. Then wanted to change types after I received my soft night guard. They upgraded me and I just had to pay the difference in price. Way more flexible than my money hungry dentist! Great customer service.

When my dentist said he'd give me a deal on my second night guard I was stil heartbroken at the price. So thankful for the internet. Also, pro tip: I use castile soap to clean my mouthguard. Dr. Bronners on Amazon sells a big bottle of it. Better than the harsh toothpastes and denture cleaning solutions! Mouthguard fits perfectly . A+++
