My dentist always made a big deal of adjusting my night guard so I was really worried about this one needing adjustments but I did not need anything at all. It feel great & snaps into place. Makes me think my dentist was doing a bit of "rousing the stone". Happy customer!

I have been grinding my teeth at night for many years but had put off buying a night guard because of the high price my dentist charged for one. Back in 2015, I read rave reviews about Sentinel and decided to give the 2mm Sentinel Hard Dental Night Guard a try. I've had bad TMJ for many many years. My dog chewed my last one. Customer service said this is common and that they're attracted to the saliva? I don't know but I wasn't sure this would work for my TMJ because I've read that I might need a more complex appliance that moves the jaw into position. I'm happy to report that the hard night guard has offered much relief from my jaw pain and popping. It is comfortable and hard and offers the proper jaw support I need. I'm even happier to report that I saved hundreds of dollars. Much thanks to you guys!
