Very happy! This is a great service for people like me who are on a fixed income and can't afford the dental office price. I'm elderly and I was nervous about taking my teeth impression but I did it and it was easier than I thought. I appreciate that they keep my impression on file for future orders. Good company with great staff!

I’m on my third nightguard right now and I could never go back! The nightguard fits perfectly and it is so comfortable. I can completely tell the difference when I don’t wear it. I absolutely love my nightguard! The service of Sentinel is great too! I had a crack in my guard, and they sent me one for free! I would highly recommend this! The only downside is that mine has calcium build up and has yellowed. I’d like to know how to avoid that.

The most comfortable night guard for grinding! These are the best. I no longer wake up with headaches and a sore jaw. The turn around time and customer service was stellar. Don't hesitate to buy! Save your teeth!

They stand by their warranty! I wore through my night guard after 6 months. Not only did they replace it for free, they made me a thicker one that will last longer and didn't charge me a thing. Relieved my teeth sensitivity!!! I was having the worst "zingers" from grinding my teeth. I would wake up with sharp, intense nerve pain. I knew I needed to wear a mouth guard but couldn't find anything comfortable. I went with the medium thickness and it's perfect. My teeth sensitivity is gone and I get better sleep. Great service!

I had trouble getting a good enough impression but customer service was patient with me. I also needed to wait to do this because of some dental work. So not only did they let me hold onto the impression kit for 6 months while I was getting that completed, I messed up my impression when I was finally ready and they sent me a new kit for free! This company has earned my business for years to come. The guard is a perfect fit and quality is high. I will say be careful when mixing the putty and watch your time. I went over the time (mixed too long) and the putty hardened like a rock the first time. Second attempt was successful. Also, they tell you to send a picture in so they can see if it's a good impression before mailing in. I would recommend doing this. They respond fast and it saves time.
