Great quality for the price.They keep the impressions on file for 1 year in case I need a replacement set. They send you the kit for your impressions first. There are 2 different sized trays and extra molding in case you mess up. It’s really easy to do, and my retainers were mailed back within a week or so.

Glad I gave them a try! The fit was off when I received my lower guard. Upper fit perfect. They sent me a new impression kit and remade my lower retainer. Fits great! Happy with my purchase and would recommend. Suzanne in customer service is great!

Originally ordered these on Amazon and loooooved them. They fit so perfect Way better than the dentist made ones! My dog got a hold of them so I ordered a new pair. The company keeps the impressions on file for 1 year from the date ordered. I got a 20% off discount because I didn't have to take my impressions again. Second set came and it's identical to the first set! Consistent, excellent product. I highly recommend!

5 stars!! Most comfortable retainers I've ever had!! The main difference between these dental retainers and the ones from my dentist is that they are made better. They trim these so that they don't put pressure on your gums. Makes all the difference. I'll only purchase from Sentinel from now on. Pleasantly surprised!

Went to order these on Amazon and can't find them anymore. Are they only available on your website now? This is my third pair (dog keeps chewing them up). I'm so happy this service exists. So much less expensive than my orthodontist. Keep up the great work and please let me know if you plan to sell on Amazon again?

This is my 2nd set of retainers from Sentinel. First set I got through Amazon. Communication is better when you buy directly from the Sentinel website. I understand after speaking with the customer service that they;re a third party seller on Amazon which means that you're better off contacting them directly than going through the Amazon contact. They kept my teeth impressions in their file database and were able to make my 2nd set at a 20% discount. They fit just like the first. I'm very satisfied and will let others know about this great company.

I recently lost my dental retainer. I only wear a top one so I didn't need a lower one. Customer service said I could either order 2 top guards or get 20% off if I only wanted one. I ordered 2 top guards to be safe. I'm grateful I didn't have to spend $500 at my orthodontist. Exactly as advertised.
