Teeth molds were easy to take and the staff is incredibly responsive. I had a lot of questions about taking my molds of my teeth but the staff was patient with me and guided me through it. My retainers came back within about 1 1/2 weeks after sending off the molds. If I ever want or need new retainers I will go through this company again.

This was a replacement retainer for another I had from a dentist which wore out in a year and a half. The Sentinel retainer fits very well, is thinner even than the old one and the price more affordable. Customer service was excellent - the first retainer I received did not fit perfectly so I contacted them via Live Chat and response was timely and helpful. Sentinel recast another retainer and also sent another dental impression kit in case the new one didn't fit. Well, the recast retainer fit just fine so no need to do another impression. When Sentinel says they stand behind their product and want the client to be 100% satisfied, they follow through!

Took less than 4 weeks total from start to finish. I wish it was a bit quicker because I had a fear of my teeth shifting but nothing had changed and the guards arrived and fit perfectly. These are $300 at my dentist so I guess I'm willing to wait a bit to save the money.

I was looking at paying $600 for replacement dental retainers after my dog chewed them up. I am grateful to have found your service! The impression process was easy. I thought I might gag on the impression substance because at the dentist they used a messy, goopy mixture that fell to the back of my throat but luckily the impression substance sent to me was not like that at all. The girl on the phone said it is similar to playdoh and that is exactly right. Even smelled like mint! I just wanted to let you all know that I appreciate this service being available online and if my dog ever gets a hold of my new retainers again I will be back!

This turned out to be the best thing ever! I was able to make custom dental impressions for both sets of my teeth and received my set of retainers about two weeks after mailing the impressions back. The fit is outstanding & Sentinels customer service is amazing. I got such prompt response and their absolute concern for my health and safety was nice to see.
