I'm putting the review here because this is the intended purpose. That is, to stop my cheek biting but I actually ordered the hard dental retainers for this and it works exceptionally well. I don't know if anyone else has ordered the hard ones for cheek biting but they work too. Basically, the plastic surface disallows the cheek to "catch" between the teeth. I'm sure the soft ones are fine.

This has been a problem since I was a kid. I bite the inside of my cheeks until they bleed. I do it in my sleep so I am unaware of it. I've tried a lot of methods to stop the cheek biting. I think I do it more when I'm stressed. I bought these dental guards because I can't seem to stop on my own. I can sleep with them in comfortably. I can't tell you how nice it is to finally have my cheeks healed up. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that has the same issues as me. 10 stars!!!! -Bill

This is the first product I have found that actually works! I am a chronic tongue biter and have damaged the edges of my tongue. My tongue bleeds and is very painful. The soft dental guards are comfortable. It took me about a week to get used to sleeping with them comfortably. They are thin and my tongue has quickly healed. I cannot express my gratitude and the relief I feel. Thank you!

My daughter has seizures and has had terrible pain from biting her tongue during her episodes. I searched for a long time to find something that would help her. The dental impression process was very easy to do. I helped her with her impressions and we received two very well made soft night guards. She wears them nightly just in case she has a seizure. So far so good. They're very thin and soft yet firm and I feel better that she has something protecting her from damaging her tongue any more.
