My mouthguard feels too tight.
Some initial tightness is normal as the material adjusts to your unique bite. Your guard should feel more comfortable within 48 hours.
If you’re experiencing pain, irritation or severe pressure, discontinue use and contact us.

My mouthguard feels too loose.
A well-fitting mouthguard should stay in place comfortably. Looseness might indicate an impression issue.
What to do:
If your new guard is too loose, a remake of the guard is most likely needed. Please contact us.
My mouthguard feels like it's pulling my teeth.
A properly fitted mouthguard shouldn't cause pulling sensations. If you’re experiencing “pulling”, discontinue use and contact us.
