Some common issues:

My mouth guard feels too tight.

Some initial tightness is normal. Your guard should start to feel more comfortable within a few days of wear. If you’re experiencing pain, irritation or severe pressure, discontinue use and contact us via the form here.

My mouth guard is too loose.

Your guard should stay in place. If your new guard is too loose, a remake of the guard is most likely needed. Please contact us with your issue using the form here.

My guard feels like it’s pulling my teeth.

Your new guard should fit like a glove. If you’re experiencing “pulling”, discontinue use and contact us via the form here.
