I got this for my elderly mother because she grinds her teeth VERY badly at night. Her mouth is tiny, and since the process requires taking a teeth impression, I asked for extra material. Getting the teeth impression on her tiny mouth was a little difficult but only because again, small mouth. It molds and hardens very quickly. in a matter of 2 minutes, so it may take a couple of tries to get it perfect, but overall it’s easy to use, and has easy directions. She says the mouth guard fits her well. A good purchase for the money in my opinion.
