I was referred by a friend who praised Sentinel's mouth guards and customer service. I live in Wisconsin and was worried about the mail service being dependable and timely. To my amazement, the entire process was smooth and fast. I am very impressed with the exceptional quality of my night guard and the timeliness of the transaction. Getting started was a breeze! I received my impression kit in the mail, followed the instructions, mixed the mold compounds, and took impressions of both my upper and lower teeth. Then, I just popped it into the pre-paid mailer and sent it back. Within about a week, I had the finished product in hand. I must say, the service was exceptional, and the product exceeded my expectations. It's not only high-quality but also incredibly comfortable. And the best part? It does the job perfectly. Plus, it's a much more affordable option compared to shelling out $500-600 at the dentist for a similar fitting. Highly recommended!

Quality product! I was looking for something comparable to what my dentist was trying to sell me but without paying $600. I did my research and settled on Sentinel. What brought me to Sentinel after reviewing other online companies is their transparency in the materials that they use, they're a US based company and they've been making custom mouth guards for many years. I'm glad I trusted them to make my custom night guard. The care and attention to detail is magnificent! The fit is great. Process was easy. I couldn't be happier. I value good companies more than ever these days. When you call, someone picks up. Friendly, fast process. The delivery of both items (the impression kit and the custom night guard) were correct and on time. Free shipping too! I'm impressed!

I typically never leave reviews but as this product does require some back and forth transactions I do feel compelled to leave some feedback. First, in full admittance, I was nervous about taking my dental impression. The company goes above and beyond to give detailed instructions including written ones as well as two separate videos. You don't have to utilize all of the instruction (the written ones are probably enough) but if you're like me and want to make sure you thoroughly understand what you're doing, the information is there and I did appreciate that. I had no problem making my upper dental impression but my lower one didn't come out well. Luckily, the company included 2 extra putty packs for additional attempts. I sent my impressions off and received the custom night guard within a weeks' time. The fit is much better than any other night guard I have ever worn. I am over the moon with the comfort and feel of this night guard. Overall, this service is wonderful. Email communication was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend Sentinel Mouthguards to anyone considering a custom night guard for teeth grinding.

I've been grinding for several years now. My dentist recommended one and quoted $700. I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much for a night guard made by my dentist. So, I did research on more affordable/alternative options.So far, my guard is working great and at a fraction of the night guard price. I couldn't be happier!

This is the best mouth guard for heavy teeth grinders. I have been through many mouth guards from store bought to dentist made and Sentinel Mouthguards makes the best ones. Impression process was easy for me but that may be because I've had several taken over the years and knew what to look for. They do send an extra putty for a 2nd attempt and they are quick to reply via email if you send a photo to doublecheck the quality of your dental impression. Overall, they're a great company with an even better product. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend!
