This is my second purchase from this company courtesy of my dog chewing the last one. Before I found Sentinel, I had spent $500 on the same thing from the dentist.
Making one impression takes about 5 minutes from start to finish. You do have to take a second impression of your lower teeth too (also takes 5 min.) so allow about 20 minutes total to familiarize yourself with the instructions, etc.
Make sure you mix the two different color putties together quickly until they are one color, then you put it in the tray and press your teeth and you’re done! Mail it off and you have a mouth guard back in about a week. Very easy, and well worth the money.

I emailed the company a picture and they verified the impression was sufficient. Mailed it in and the mouth guard came about a week later. I am extremely impressed with the fit and quality. Just the same as my dentist only hundreds of dollars less!
