This team really does go to great lengths to meet customer satisfaction. I messed up my first dental impression and was quickly shipped another for free. Then wanted to change types after I received my soft night guard. They upgraded me and I just had to pay the difference in price. Way more flexible than my money hungry dentist! Great customer service.

When my dentist said he'd give me a deal on my second night guard I was stil heartbroken at the price. So thankful for the internet. Also, pro tip: I use castile soap to clean my mouthguard. Dr. Bronners on Amazon sells a big bottle of it. Better than the harsh toothpastes and denture cleaning solutions! Mouthguard fits perfectly . A+++

Customer service is outstanding. I had a lot of questions and Alexandra was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I got my night guard within two weeks of sending the impression off. Fit is excellent. I chose the 2mm because I wanted strength but wanted to keep it thin in my mouth since I'm a light sleeper. This company is very professional. I bought my night guard in June 2019 and found it to be a bit too tight in the front. I emailed them and they payed for shipping for it to be adjusted, then got it back to me is a very timely manner. The best part was that there were no questions asked! How refreshing, a company that honors its promises without attempting to scapegoat the customer! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP-NOTCH and the product is great! Comfortable, effective and easy to use! Also, this is a family-owned business...all the more reason to purchase from them!! :-)

They have a great product for a fraction of the cost that you’re dentist will charge. The customer service is outstanding, I had an issue and they took care of it immediately. They kept me informed during the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had some problems with the original fit of my mouthguard, and they helped me return it 3 times and sent me a new impression packet. I am now completely satisfied with the fit. I highly recommend this mouth guard company. Their customer support is wonderful. I messed up my dental impression twice and they were very thorough in explaining where I went wrong. On the 3rd attempt I got it right. My night guard was a little too tight initially so I sent it in for an adjustment. Turnaround time was very fast. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my night guard and the experience as a whole!
