Product is fine, Guarantee great….

The bite was too hard in the mold especially in the front. Generously you offered a free mailer to make it right but medical issues in our family, weather. Etc has made it difficult to mail it. In the meantime I used a dremel tool to make my own corrections, they seem to work alright. Your product is fine as well as your guarantee. In any future, and first time user, I would recommend a soft mouthpiece which is more forgiving to hard bites. I have another such guard as a backup on which I can make this recommendation. Above and beyond

I decided to go with this more rigid night guard because I grind pretty vigorously. My mold was perfect, so I was disappointed when the guard that I received was incredibly tight and uncomfortable. Sentinel redid the guard, loosening it slightly, and the result was perfect. I've never had a better fitting, more comfortable night guard. I can’t say enough about Sentinel's customer support and efforts on behalf of customers.

Excellent Night Guard For Clinchers

I had used the soft version of the night guards from Sentinel before and they would start to loose their shape after a few months. The Dual Laminated one has a much better fit and the firmer base works much better. Highly recommend this one to those who clinch at night.

I've been using Sentinel night guards for a few years. As it turns out, I clench & maybe grind my teeth while I sleep. It became bad enough that a few teeth were actually becoming loose. The night guard has remedied that situation & the dual laminated night guard seems to work well for me.

I did have to retake my impression even though I got approval on my first impression before sending it in, but that can happen with any truly custom made products. It was such a small detail that caused the fit to not be perfect which made me realize how tough their job is, and made me even more impressed on how good they are at making custom guards. Sentinel worked with me to make the perfect fitting guard and I love it! Our family has bought 4 guards and I would not go anywhere else. We're 100% satisfied with the product and customer service.
