    It was super easy to mold to my mouth. I read the directions and practiced with the empty tray before I begin (called customer service and that was a tip they had). The guard itself fit snug the first night but not uncomfortable. I was able to sleep no problem. I woke up with no jaw pain or headache. The relief literally came after one night of use. I've now worn it several times and it seems to be forming even better to my mouth. My dentist told me to purchase one from Sentinel because they're the exact same thing his office would offer but cheaper. Highly, highly recommend this product!

    This company has the patience of a saint because I was horrible at getting my impression right. After 3 different attempts I finally got a good impression. I felt so bad asking for another kit but the customer service was outstanding. The guard came and fit well. It did start to have lamination separation after about a month but I called and they sent me a replacement free of charge. I did not have to retake my impression (thank god). They keep them on file for 12 months. The 2nd guard is doing much better. Love the service! Will order again in the future.

    Messed up my impression the first time. Sent a picture in and they told me that it wouldn't make for a good night guard so I used the extra putty that was in the kit to try again. About 1 1/2 weeks later I received my guard. I'm glad they care enough to supply an extra putty pack for a retry and provide such friendly customer service. Will be back because I don't think this teeth grinding habit is going anywhere!
