I could not find relief for my tongue biting problem. I had BAD damage from constantly biting my tongue during the day and even during sleep. For years I just suffered through it. These guards allow total separation from the tongue and the teeth. They're 100% effective. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you suffer from tongue biting. These guards are absolute life savers!!

I bought these for cheek biting. I have big cheeks (I suppose), They're always getting in the way and sometimes the sores are so painful it's distracting and unbearable. I've always just dealt with it but I saw an ad for this product and the way it was described made sense.Took longer than I wish but they have to custom make the guards so worth the wait. They were quick to respond to my emails. Finally got the guards and haven't had a problem with the cheek biting since. All in all the process took about 3 weeks from start to finish. I wear them at night and during the day. Happy with them. 5 stars

Great product, GREAT customer service! I asked my dentist what I could do about my chronic tongue biting and he didn't suggest anything like this. He suggested mouthwash to heal it (that he happened to sell..ha!) The mouthwash may work but this actually allows the area to HEAL! I had a lot of questions because I was worried about my own teeth molds. Great customer service. Easy process. 5 stars. Would recommend!

Never had a bloody mouth again! Instant relief. The sores on the insides of my cheeks healed completely within days. Awesome product!

UPDATE: My dang dog chewed them to bits less than a month after I received them, called company and they did hold up their claim to keep the impressions on file. I'm thankful for that, because I can at least reorder and not have to take dental impressions again.Received a 20% off discount too. Two thumbs up for it. Customer service is good.

I just got these and right away they fit perfectly! It looks perfect for protecting my teeth and they don't feel like they will slip out at night. I will try them out and update if they actually work.

My dog got a hold of my $500 night guard custom fitted by my dentist. The mouth guard did help my constant cheek biting but the set works even better and at a fraction of the price! Unbelievable. At first I thought they were too thin but they're comfortable to sleep in all night long, and still provides the protection I need from really bad cheek biting issues.

These worked great! Both for heavy duty grinding and cheek biting (yes I do both). They fit my top and bottom teeth though some nights I only use one at a time. I'm so grateful because my teeth are uneven (I need braces), but they still fit over my teeth perfectly! They don't come out when I'm sleeping! I grind/ clench my teeth in my sleep and have unsuccessfully used mouth guards in the past. They'd pop out my mouth while sleeping and I'd wake up with it next to me. Also I chewed through a few within a month. So this is a lifesaver!
