Returning customer and I'm please with this replacement. I did have to take a new dental impression as I learned they only keep the impressions on file for 1 year. This replacement guard is just like the one I received several years ago. Consistent, good work. Thanks

AS GOOD AS MY DENTIST'S! First try with the dental impression kit was unsuccessful but they include an extra packet of putty so I was able to get a nice teeth impression the second time around. I emailed the company a picture and they verified the impression was sufficient. Mailed it in and the mouth guard came about a week later. I am extremely impressed with the fit and quality. Just the same as my dentist only hundreds of dollars less!

My first time ordering from this brand. Impression kit came very quickly and included extra putty in case I needed it. The cost is worth it to be able to complete it from home without having to go to the dentist. The product fits very well and has really helped reduce my jaw pain.

Customer service is remarkable! I had ordered from another company and after messing up my impression, they tried to charge me $25 to send out another impression kit. Sentinel sent one for free. No questions asked. They're fast, friendly and less expensive than the dentist. I highly recommend. *****

This mouth guard has helped my jaw tremendously! I could barely chew before wearing this. My jaw was so bad off I was making crunching sounds while I ate and had to chew softly. I'm still trying to be mindful of my eating but NOT due to pain from grinding and clenching. Thank you!

It took me quite a while to actually start wearing a night guard. I let my TMJ get so bad that I was experiencing a crunching sound in my jaw. I couldn't afford the ones from the dental office so decided to give this a try. I've had this guard now for a few weeks and my jaw feels SO MUCH BETTER. I have to wear it every night. There were a couple of nights I forgot to put it in and I felt it the next morning. Now, it's not completely gone. I still have some mild pain but nothing like what I was experiencing. With complete gratitude, thank you Sentinel.

Durable enough to handle my jaws and that's saying a lot! I have gone through so many of these but the material is strong and I love that they don't add any resins or acrylics. I'm sensitive to chemicals. This is the safest, best night guard I have found! A++++

Okay here is my experience with Sentinel Mouthguards: The process is easy but you have to pay attention to the impression instructions. I failed my first two attempts because I mixed the putty for too long the first time and the second time I distorted the impression because I moved the tray around while it was in my mouth. Both times were admittedly my fault but I was still frustrated at the time it happened. The customer service is excellent. They were prompt and friendly. Sent me a new kit with no charge. I got a great impression of my teeth. Waited about a week and 1/2 and sure enough my mouth guard came. It comes in a black retainer case. I tried it in and it fit well. Took me a few nights to get used to it but the quality is great and I saved so much money going the online route instead of my dentist. Not to mention the hassle of driving back and forth. I wear mine nightly. I called and they gave me some cleaning instructions. Pretty simple. Use a mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Make sure you rinse it well and dry it completely. This will prevent yellowing. I'm already seeing a few grind marks on the guard but better on the guard than my teeth grinding together! Overall, I highly recommend Sentinel Mouthguards. The experience was impressive and quick.

I ordered a lower guard to start. When I received it, I realized my tongue likes to flick it up at night. I called the company and they switched me to an upper guard. I already had the upper impression on file with them because with these heavy duty guards, they require both an upper and lower teeth impression. Super easy and convenient! I was sent the upper teeth guard and it fits perfectly. This product is excellent and the customer service is amazing!
