I received a very expensive night guard from my dentist and it was so bulky I couldn't close my mouth let alone sleep with it in! I called Sentinel customer service, spoke with a very nice lady and she suggested this guard type. I went with the "thicker" option and was assured that it would not be bulky. She was right! It's perfect for my mouth. It protects my teeth well and my jaw says THANK YOU! For the impression process, I received a kit in the mail quickly after ordering. It came with an extra set of putty and I didn end up needing it bc my first impression was too shallow in the back teeth. I sent a picture in and again the communication was fast. The reply email stated the reason why it wouldn't be acceptable and came with a reference picture of a great teeth impression plus additional tips. I retook my impression and it came out much better the second time around. The shipping of the night guard was quick. I received an email when it shipped and it didn't take the lab long to make it at all. The night guard is flexible and clear. It appears to be high quality material and has felt comfortable in my mouth right from the beginning. My experience has been great and I recommend this company without hesitation. A+++

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A++++ I'm no stranger to teeth whitening products. I've whitened my teeth with the strips, at the mall kiosks and with the LED light that I got suckered into on Instagram. There's a big difference between this teeth whitening system and the ones I mentioned above. I did a lot of research so I'll share my experience to save you all some time. The whitening trays are reusable and there is plenty of gel to last for many months so you can whiten as your teeth get yellow again. Which they will. I love to keep my teeth nice and bright but they do get dull if I don't keep it up, so it's nice to have the trays and gel ready to go anytime I need a boost! You do have to be mindful when taking your teeth impressions because the trays need to cover all of the teeth in order to whiten the entire area. I had to redo my upper teeth impression the first time but the kit does contain an extra putty pack to try again and I believe they will send you a free redo kit in addition to that if you need it. I sent my impressions off on a Thursday and received my order at the end of the following week. Pretty fast for custom work! The gel works quickly and I'm very impressed with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and company. Happy customer!!

Whitening trays fit well and is comfortable. My teeth are definitely WHITE! Great customer service. Would reorder again.

Getting started was a breeze! I received my impression kit in the mail, followed the instructions, mixed the mold compounds, and took impressions of both my upper and lower teeth. Then, I just popped it into the pre-paid mailer and sent it back. Within about a week, I had the finished product in hand. I must say, the service was exceptional, and the product exceeded my expectations. It's not only high-quality but also incredibly comfortable. And the best part? It does the job perfectly. Plus, it's a much more affordable option compared to shelling out $500-600 at the dentist for a similar fitting. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!! Needed an upper retainer and like many others have said, it looks and feels even better than my dentist made one. Fast and friendly customer service, easy to use teeth impression kit and the retainer is PERFECT! Highly recommend!

A++++++ I wanted a mouth guard that I could talk with and this is it. I chose a thinner style and as soon as it came in I knew this was it. I was a little uneasy about taking my own dental impression but I got it right on the second try. The Sentinel team is fast at responding to emails and very helpful. My dentist wanted $400 for the same thing so I'm happy to have saved several hundred dollars. Grateful and blessed. <3
