Perfect for flag football! I ordered this for my daughter who plays high school football. Got it in green which is her school color. She loves it! She says she can communicate with her team. It looks good on her. She's happy and so am I! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fits perfect and my teeth grinding has stopped! I was beginning to get hairline fractures in my teeth from grinding at night.
