They are very good a customer service, also sent back my nightguard to fit better on my teeth and it was so much comfortable after that

I've been using Sentinel mouthguards for longer than I can remember. The impression process is simple, customer service very responsive, the fit has always been good and comfortable, and they last years even with nightly use. And without the hefty markup you'd get at the dentist.

Wonderful Customer Service

The guard is slightly higher (thicker?) on the right side than the left which creates an slight imbalance when worn. Sentinel customer service has offered to make a free adjustment for me! They got back to me right away. That is great customer service! Otherwise I like how the mouthguard is flexible and had zero smell or taste, so unlike my old mouthguard!

5 Stars for Excellent Customer Service

I first got a Sentinel Mouthguard 3 years ago and it fit perfectly and showed no signs of wear, but had to replace it after dental work; the new one didn't fit right, but customer service kept tweaking it and suggesting a soft version instead. It fits nearly perfectly. 5 stars for the excellent customer service.

Much better than boil and bite -was concerned with microplastics

Light, tough and can talk with it. Much less and more durable plastics so most likely less microplastics to ingest.

Mouth guard

I am impressed at the customer service of this company. I lost my mouth guard and they made a new one, and I had it in less than a week. The guard fits perfectly. I have not had a single issue regarding my no show mouth guard.
