For teeth grinding too! I have a whole lot going on in my mouth apparently including (but not limited to) tongue biting and teeth grinding. Thank you universe for giving me a double whammy! Maybe this is some strange after-effect from back in my heyday (hello drugs!) These guards fit on the upper and lower teeth like a glove and protect me from both of these harmful involuntary things. My tongue has started to heal and my jaw doesn't feel stiff anymore upon waking. Process was fairly easy. Happy customer! Thank you!

It worked really fast and the pain went away within a few days of wearing the guards. I can't tell that I have the guards in because they're so thin and comfortable. My tongue is HEALED and I am FREE OF PAIN! I WILL RECOMMEND AND BUY AGAIN WHEN THESE WEAR OUT!
