Easier than I thought! I was nervous about using this but the putty process was easy and they include a free putty pack in case you need to redo it (which I did need a 2nd try). I even called the customer service line and had them stay on the phone with me while I took the impression. They were terrific and very helpful. My guard fits beautifully. A+ service!! Will be back.

UPDATE: My dang dog chewed them to bits less than a month after I received them, called company and they did hold up their claim to keep the impressions on file. I'm thankful for that, because I can at least reorder and not have to take dental impressions again.Received a 20% off discount too. Two thumbs up for it. Customer service is good.

I didn't get a good impression of my back molars on my lower teeth (uppers were fine). The company quickly sent me a new kit explaining that I needed to retake my impression. I took my impression again and sent it off. Received my retainers about a week or so later. After wearing my retainers for a couple of weeks now I can say that I'm very happy with my decision. The price is much better than the dental office and I was impressed with the quality of their product and service. I will definitely be purchasing again when it comes time for a replacement.

I had been looking for something like this for quite a while. I clench my teeth so badly at work but I have to talk and smile during the day and didn't want to wear anything that people can see. I chose the 1mm and it's perfect! Thin and stays in place. Thank you!

Great service and great product! I replaced my retainers after my dog chewed up my old set. The old set cost me $450 from my orthodontist. The process was easy. The material feels very similar to my old ones. Maybe a little thinner? The scalloped top is different than my old ones. They were cut straight across but these do seem to fit better. Product is as advertised in the pictures. Would recommend!

I have been having serious grinding issues since being locked at home- my teeth and surrounding areas including my jaw were in real pain every single day. My jaw would painfully pop when I ate anything or dared to open my mouth too wide- I was miserable. Bought way too many over the counter guards with minimal results. First use of the Sentinel guard and immediately noticed less pain- the very first night. I've stuck with it and all of my symptoms are near gone. This product works! I won't be going back to Walgreens. I'm sticking with quality.

Easy to use teeth whitening! I pop them in and watch tv. I had whiter teeth in 2 days.
