Got the first one and it felt a little loose on one side of my mouth. Contacted Sentinel team, they told me that it was probably from the initial dental impression. Sent a new kit to me and the fit is flawless. My advice: Pay close attention when you take your teeth impression. If you feel like you messed it up I'd go ahead and contact them. They'll send a new kit for free. Overall, I give 5 stars. Customer service was on point.

It’s true there really is a learning curve to wearing a strange plastic thing in your mouth at night. However they do get more comfy overtime. Easy to do the putty process. Hopefully it will last a few years.

After getting a guard through sentinel I now have a slight disdain for my dentist. He tried to charge me $520.00 for the same guard I just got for 135 through sentinel... what a joke. Awesome Price, Awesome Guard!

Taking my dental mold was so easy, I mixed some putty together and placed it in the tray like a little snake. Simple enough. sent it back and got my custom trays! Very happy customer here!

I have tried those boil-it-yourself mouth guards and they never make it through the night. They always end up on my nightstand. I gave Sentinel a shot. I was probably their worst nightmare of a customer. I had a ton of questions and low expectations. I got the kit to make a mold quickly, followed the instructions, sent in my pictures of my impression to Sentinel. After approval, I sent the mold to their lab using the shipping package they sent me. Sentinel took about 7 days to make my guard. I received it and immediately LOVED it. The guard is not bulky at all. It is very thin and comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this guard!

At first I bought night guards from Proteeth but these are much better. A few things to note: 1. Don't remove the putty from the tray after impression has been taken. Keep it in the plastic tray & mail the whole thing back. 2. Mix the putty fast. I mixed too slow the 1st time & had to redo. They included an extra putty set so it wasn't a problem. 3. They offer free adjustments if its too tight. Really impressed with this product, incredibly easy to follow instructions and if you follow them, you're left with a secure fitting, comfortable and perhaps most importantly a better nights' sleep. I know another reviewer was worried that reboiling wouldn't be effective since they might be similar to other mouth guard brands. That is true. You cannot boil the Sentinel Mouthguard. However, if you take your mold correctly you will not need to do anything but wear it. It wasn't the most comfortable process but worked.

Thank you! Sentinel mouth guards has made a huge difference for me. For years dentists would talk to me about my teeth grinding and then want to charge me $600-800. I was always concerned with the fit and whether I'd take it out in my sleep. I had one over a decade ago and it didn't stay put over night. When I heard about Sentinel and saw the savings of going through you direct, I knew I had nothing to lose. The value has well exceeded the cost. The fit, comfort, & protection have made a difference in protecting my teeth. Thank you. Now my only question is in the next one I order will I try the all hard/soft or stick with the dual laminate.
