If you are unsure of your bite mold you can take pictures and email to Sentinel and they will advise. My mouth guard fits perfectl and comfortably. Also, I needed to email Sentinel because I hadn’t recieved my guard (my mail person often delivers to the wrong house or development!). The response was prompt. I highly recommend Sentinel.
