When my daughter’s night guard finally wore through, I tried Sentinel after reading the reviews. She mostly grinds her teeth during the day so after a conversation with the customer service, we went with the day guard. The process works a lot like how it would be handled at the dentist's office but with fraction of the cost. They send you the impression kit, you send it back to them and within a week or so you receive the guard. The first time we sent the impression, the top wasn’t deep enough so they sent us another kit for her upper teeth. We gave it another go and it worked. The fit is very comfortable for my daughter and so far it seems sturdy. It’s a great alternative way to get your night guard for daytime and I highly recommend purchasing from Sentinel.

I would agree with everyone below. Sentinel's customer service is #1. I received several emails throughout the process keeping me informed. I was thinking to myself another automated email system but they were all informative, useful emails with my tracking information etc. They are quick to respond through email as well and I received my night guard within about 3 weeks from the order date. *****

Messed up my impression the first time. Sent a picture in and they told me that it wouldn't make for a good night guard so I used the extra putty that was in the kit to try again. About 1 1/2 weeks later I received my guard. I'm glad they care enough to supply an extra putty pack for a retry and provide such friendly customer service. Will be back because I don't think this teeth grinding habit is going anywhere!

This is the only brand I trust. I've been a Sentinel customer for 10 years. Their customer service is great. They're consistent and I love their night guards. I have a no-show day guard that I wear during the day and the extreme durability guard at night. Nothing less than a positive experience for me. 5 stars!

Love this service! I have been ordering mouthguards from Sentinel since 2013 and have never looked back! My dental office was charging me $700 for these hard guards. I'm a bad grinder and go through them quicker than most. Sentinel Mouthguards has great customer service and an even better product. Happy to be a faithful customer! Glad I gave them a try! It didn't work out for me at first because right after I placed my order, my tooth broke and I needed a new crown. I called them and they told me I could hang on to the teeth impression kit until my dental work was completed. Well, it took me 1 year to save up for the crown. I called and they still honored my order. That's what I call great customer care! I received my new night guard and it fits beautifully. Happy customer!

Never had a bloody mouth again! Instant relief. The sores on the insides of my cheeks healed completely within days. Awesome product!

Easier than I thought! I was nervous about using this but the putty process was easy and they include a free putty pack in case you need to redo it (which I did need a 2nd try). I even called the customer service line and had them stay on the phone with me while I took the impression. They were terrific and very helpful. My guard fits beautifully. A+ service!! Will be back.
