I purchased this because I have an area in my cheek that I couldn't stop biting. I was worried about the time it would take so I did the expedited shipping option. Kit arrived and process was pretty straightforward. Quick turnaround time and great product. It really does work! I did need to wear my guards during the day and night at first but once that area healed up, I quit wearing them all the time. Good to know I have them if and when it happens again. Thank you!

For teeth grinding too! I have a whole lot going on in my mouth apparently including (but not limited to) tongue biting and teeth grinding. Thank you universe for giving me a double whammy! Maybe this is some strange after-effect from back in my heyday (hello drugs!) These guards fit on the upper and lower teeth like a glove and protect me from both of these harmful involuntary things. My tongue has started to heal and my jaw doesn't feel stiff anymore upon waking. Process was fairly easy. Happy customer! Thank you!

bought this for my husband because he would rather suffer in pain lol. We took his impressions and sent them off. Fast delivery and he was impressed with how comfortable the guards are. It worked really fast and the pain went away within a few days of wearing the guards. I can't tell that I have the guards in because they're so thin and comfortable. My tongue is HEALED and I am FREE OF PAIN! I WILL RECOMMEND AND BUY AGAIN WHEN THESE WEAR OUT!

Why was this so hard to find??? I searched everywhere on the internet to find something to help my tongue heal and all I could find was mouthwash and orajel. That stuff doesn't help if you just keep biting and reopening the wound. This is the only product that actually makes sense and works. Yes, the dental impression process takes up some time because you have to take your impressions and send them back but it was worth the wait. I'm done focusing on my tongue pain from now on. I am damage free! Highly recommend this service A++++

I must have been born with big cheeks or something because I have bitten the inside of my cheeks for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it would be so bad that it would keep me up at night. I googled how to stop cheek biting and came across Sentinel. I called their customer service and had a few questions about the potential difficulty of taking my teeth impressions. The lady on the phone assured me that it was easy and that they supply extra putty in case I mess up. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Took about 10 days from the time I sent off my teeth impressions to receive my cheek protection guards. They fit perfectly and work perfectly. Happy with the process.

Makes my tongue impossible to get caught between my teeth! I was having the worst pain because I could not stop biting my tongue in this one spot. I tried everything! Rinsing my mouth with saltwater, cold compresses, IB profen. It helps with the pain but doesn't actually heal the tongue. These teeth guards are like wearing gloves over your teeth. It's genius really! It makes it to where my tongue is no longer a victim of my chompers! My tongue has healed. The pain has stopped and I am forever indebted to Sentinel Mouthguards for the help. Cheapest place to buy affordable night guards. I buy these because I like to wear both upper and lower guards at night. I don't bite my tongue. I grind my teeth but this is a better deal than buying 2 night guards. Would recommend.

YES! THIS WORKS! I was skeptical but desperate. I cannot figure out how to stop trying to bite my cheek at night but I can wear these guards and they WORK! My cheeks have finally healed after months of pain and bleeding. Initially got the impression kit 4 days after purchase. I sent them back the next day and got the product about 2 weeks later. Considering how long other companies are taking to ship with the "delayed processes" due to COVID this is exceptionally fast for custom created products. I'm happy and my cheeks are happy!
