I didn’t get a good impression of my back molars on my lower teeth (uppers were fine). The company quickly sent me a new kit explaining that I needed to retake my impression. I took my impression again and sent it off. Received my retainers about a week or so later. After wearing my retainers for a couple of weeks now I can say that I’m very happy with my decision. The price is much better than the dental office and I was impressed with the quality of their product and service. I will definitely be purchasing again when it comes time for a replacement.
Great service and great product! I replaced my retainers after my dog chewed up my old set. The old set cost me $450 from my orthodontist. The process was easy. The material feels very similar to my old ones. Maybe a little thinner? The scalloped top is different than my old ones. They were cut straight across but these do seem to fit better. Product is as advertised in the pictures. Would recommend!
My daughter needed a new retainer for her upper, hers didn’t fit right, rubbed her gums, she wouldn’t wear it and didn’t want to go back because she wasn’t heard when she expressed that something was off. Anyway, we had a new upper made by Sentinel and it fits perfect. So she’s back to wearing them nightly again, and I don’t have to worry about the investment we made in her smile being lost. Be careful when taking your impression. They’re very particular about making sure the impression is perfect. I had to redo mine. They did not charge me for the new kit they had to send out. Very happy with my retainers. They’re cut and shaped with care. They fit like a glove. Just be sure to read all the instructions and capture all of your teeth evenly. Otherwise you’ll have to redo it.

These retainers fit great. I ordered 2 lowers for the same price as the upper and lower. My ones’ through my orthodontist were cut straight across. These are cut very nicely and fit much better!
