I received a very expensive night guard from my dentist and it was so bulky I couldn’t close my mouth let alone sleep with it in! For the impression process, I received a kit in the mail quickly after ordering. It came with an extra set of putty and I didn end up needing it bc my first impression was too shallow in the back teeth. I sent a picture in and again the communication was fast. The reply email stated the reason why it wouldn’t be acceptable and came with a reference picture of a great teeth impression plus additional tips. I retook my impression and it came out much better the second time around.
The shipping of the night guard was quick. I received an email when it shipped and it didn’t take the lab long to make it at all. The night guard is flexible and clear.
