Fits like a glove! Just needed an upper. I have a permanent lingual bar. Taking my impression was fine. Make sure you take a deep impression because the gum area does need to be there. I highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough good things about this product and the companies customer service.
The secret to getting a good fit is to read the instructions carefully and make sure that you submerge all of your teeth including the gum area evenly and do not remove until your 3 minutes is up! I had to learn this the hard way but the company sent me new impression kits at no cost! Second attempt worked! Very responsive and easy to work with. The guards felt a little tight on my teeth at first but became comfortable after a few nights.

Great quality and great company! I was so happy when my retainers finally arrived to my door! I wasn’t sure if my impressions were going to be good enough so I emailed a couple of pictures of the impressions and they said it was best to send new impression kits to me to retake them. I wanted to write this review because my experience has exceeded my expectations. I have been wearing my dental retainers for 9 months and I also grind my teeth at night and ended up doing some damage to the retainers. I contacted Sentinel and they asked me to upload a picture to their email of the wear on the retainer. They still had my impressions on file and made me new dental retainers because I was still within my 1 year warranty. I don’t know of any other dental office or lab that would do that. They paid for the shipping and everything. I am impressed with the level of quality of the product, the customer service and the willingness to back up the warranty. Impressive and refreshing company.
