My dental hygienist told me that the reason for my recession in my teeth is because I’m grinding my teeth at night. She also told me that if it continues to happen, I will eventually need expensive dental work. So I looked online and thanks the internet, custom mouth guards can now be bought online just like everything else! After some research, I found this one. I have been using it for several weeks now.
I don;t wear it every night but my teeth feel less sensitive and painful when I do. Any suggestions on how to remember to wear it every night?

The instructions were very easy and they even include an extra set of putty in case it is needed. They give you the option to send a photo of your impression to see if it’s okay and they responded quickly. I developed a mild teeth grinding problem and needed a night guard. After reading a couple of reviews, I felt comfortable ordering. The impression kit arrived super fast. I took my first impression but mixed the putty too fast. Luckily, the kit contained putty for a 2nd attempt. Nailed it on the second try. I emailed Sentinel to verify the quality of the impression before mailing it in. They responded very fast and ok’d it.
