I guess I wasn’t staying still enough the first two times because the Sentinel lab contacted me and said my impression was distorted. I stayed perfectly still the third time and made sure I waited the full three minutes before I removed the tray. Scared me for a brief second because the putty was so hard I thought it was going to pull my teeth out!! But it came out just fine and I got a great fitting nighttime guard.
