This is my journey- I started to notice the effects of my teeth grinding and needed to start protecting my teeth. Admittedly, I tried to go the cheap route at first. Those guards are about as useful as a hockey puck in your mouth. I went through another company before Sentinel but it didn’t work out.
I couldn’t get my impression right and they wanted to charge me for another kit. Resulted in a refund. Sentinel had amazing reviews so I decided to give it a try.
