I had trouble getting a good enough impression but customer service was patient with me. I also needed to wait to do this because of some dental work. So not only did they let me hold onto the impression kit for 6 months while I was getting that completed, I messed up my impression when I was finally ready and they sent me a new kit for free! This company has earned my business for years to come. The guard is a perfect fit and quality is high.
I will say be careful when mixing the putty and watch your time. I went over the time (mixed too long) and the putty hardened like a rock the first time. Second attempt was successful. Also, they tell you to send a picture in so they can see if it’s a good impression before mailing in. I would recommend doing this. They respond fast and it saves time.

I went with the lower teeth guard. Impression process was easy. I made a nice mold of my teeth. The guard itself is sleek, slim and not too tight. Once I use this one up, I’ll definitely purchase this night guard again.
