This is my honest review. I have crooked teeth and was very concerned about how this would fit over my teeth. I took a bad impression the first time around. The team at Sentinel sent me a new kit. They did not charge me for the 2nd kit. I took my time reading the instructions and got a good impression. I usually work about 7 to 8 hours at my computer per day. I wear this guard during the day and it works well. My jaw feels better. I feel good knowing I’m not doing damage to my teeth now. I bought 2 more of them during their xmas deal as backups. Go for it. I definitely recommend them.
