My nocturnal tongue biting issue had gotten so severe that I was in pain constantly. I tried ointments and the cheap night guards you can get at drugstores. None of it worked. A friend recommended this company to me. I messed up my teeth impressions the first time but I was sent new materials and an email explaining what I had done incorrectly. I was able to do my molds correctly the 2nd time. When I did receive my new guards I was impressed by the quality and care of crafting. I noticed a difference the very next morning in my pain level. Within a few days, my tongue had healed. I wear these religiously and want to share my experience here. Great for severe tongue biters!

It works! My dentist had ordered me a guard for my cheek biting problem and after just 2 nights I knew there was no way I was going to be able to wear it. It was a hard guard unlike these soft ones.
