Did not fit with two attempts

Wasted money and time. Night guard did not fit. Replacement under warranty did not allow a new impression, instead picture of the one that did not fit. A second one was sent which did not fit either, which makes sense without a new impression. Contact with customer service was not helpful. Would never recommend this company. Very dissatisfied customer. Warning to other potential customers. Have all email communications on file. To resolve this matter now from my view is a full refund as a settlement with prejudice.

Uncomfortable fit

Not sure why, but I ended up with two raised horizontal lines running down jaw the inside my cheeks where my top and bottom teeth met. It’s like the guard made me pull my inner cheeks into my bite while sleeping rather than grinding my teeth. Back to sleeping without a guard and grinding. Still need to find a solution sadly, was hopeful this would save me the significant cost of the dentist guard.

Difficult to take perfect impression

I followed the instructions meticulously and took 3 impressions to try to get the right one. I'm on my 4th try and hope it b works. Not easy to get the perfect one.

Haven’t received

Ordered 60 days ago and still haven’t received my order. I’ve ordered several over the years and I have contacted them several times asking where it is. Bad service this order.

Misaligned my bite

This mouth guard caused my bite to become misaligned. I have suffered from jaw pain and lockjaw ever since I tried it. I only used it for a few months but these effects have lasted years.

Night Guard Broke Apart

I am very disappointed with the product. After less than 2 months, I literally woke up one morning with two pieces of the night guard in my mouth. I wanted to try out this cheaper alternative to having my dentist make one for me (at about 5x the cost), but maybe you get what you pay for since I still have it after several years... Buyer beware.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

They didn’t help as they were advertised to do. I called customer service to inquire and they told me tough luck essentially. No refunds.
