The mold i made created a much bigger problem. I had been clenching my jaw during sleep but it got much worse by wearing a mouth guard at night, to the point where i could not open my mouth to bite, chew, brush teeth, even swallowing became a difficulty. It was frightening and i am still trying to relax, exercise to recover my normal bite

Problems
The mouthguard didn’t fit sungly, but wasn’t so loose that it wouldn’t work. However, now after a couple of months it is developing a crack at the back of one side. Not happy.

Not happy with the process or fit
I’m sorry to say, my guard is not like to one that my dentist made for me in the past. The mold process was not that easy and I ended up ruining several trays and had to reorder the molds. When my night guard arrived I didn’t find it comfortable. The front the guard jutted out so that it bothered by inside upper lip. Needless to say, it went in the trash.

Did not fit with two attempts
Wasted money and time. Night guard did not fit. Replacement under warranty did not allow a new impression, instead picture of the one that did not fit. A second one was sent which did not fit either, which makes sense without a new impression. Contact with customer service was not helpful. Would never recommend this company. Very dissatisfied customer. Warning to other potential customers. Have all email communications on file. To resolve this matter now from my view is a full refund as a settlement with prejudice.

Uncomfortable fit
Not sure why, but I ended up with two raised horizontal lines running down jaw the inside my cheeks where my top and bottom teeth met. It’s like the guard made me pull my inner cheeks into my bite while sleeping rather than grinding my teeth. Back to sleeping without a guard and grinding. Still need to find a solution sadly, was hopeful this would save me the significant cost of the dentist guard.
