I didnt like how it automatically defaulted to UPPER impressions due to buying on amazon vs. directly through their website. I didnt like how long it took to ship the lower impression mold to ship. There were many things i was happy about though…::::

Dual laminated guard had quality issues, but I received replacement

I ordered a dual laminated night guard. It split apart within 2 weeks. The company replaced it with a different type of night guard. Customer service later explained that around the time my original guard was made, they discovered a production issue that prevented proper fusion of the dual laminated layers. Sentinel wasn't aware of the problem until receiving customer feedback. They have since resolved the problem. Products do come with a warranty and customers have the option to switch to a different type of guard. Under the circumstances, I would purchase from them again.

After 3 fittings, night guard still did not fit

Excellent response time. Great Price. Patient directions for re-fitting. But at the end of the day, my final product did not fit comfortably. Too tight. Felt like braces vs. a night guard. Perhaps I just could not master the 'remote' fitting process.

I have acute bruxism and grind my teeth so much so, that before I wore a nightguard, I once fractured a molar. The nightguard that I ordered from Sentinel is not as thick as the one I had before, I need a thicker mouthguard.

I guess it works

This seems to do a decent job. It hasn't removed preexisting discoloration, but the mouth guard feels clean enough when I put it back on. My main concern is with the power supply--it makes a buzzing noise that makes me concerned about fire, so I plug it in to use the device and unplug it when I'm done... it's a drag.

Slightly off fit

I unfortunately found that the mouth guard doesn't fit correctly. It may be that I let the molding compound sit in my mouth for too long. It was difficult to pull it out.

We tried 3 times to modify but unfortunately still were not able to get it right. Great customer service though.

Did not work for me. I couldn't get the impressions right. We tried 3 times. Ended in a refund. Not upset, just not for me.

Didn't work out for me. Returned the guard with no issues. Easy process just needed to get some corrective work done. All good and will be back in the future.

Great for cheek biting protection, not great for teeth grinders. The thin soft plastic is like the teeth whitening trays I got custom made at the dentist years ago. It's comfortable but I grind my teeth too so I wore a hole through the plastic within about a month. They did replace it for me which I appreciate. There's a 6 month replacement warranty of you wear through the guard. They do not cover heat damage like if you left it our in your car and the heat warps it so keep it in the AC. Thinking about getting a thicker night guard for my top teeth and still wearing my thin lower guard so that I don't keep grinding holes through it!
