Not very comfortable

We tried 3 times to modify but unfortunately still were not able to get it right. Great customer service though.

Did not work for me. I couldn't get the impressions right. We tried 3 times. Ended in a refund. Not upset, just not for me.

Didn't work out for me. Returned the guard with no issues. Easy process just needed to get some corrective work done. All good and will be back in the future.

Great for cheek biting protection, not great for teeth grinders. The thin soft plastic is like the teeth whitening trays I got custom made at the dentist years ago. It's comfortable but I grind my teeth too so I wore a hole through the plastic within about a month. They did replace it for me which I appreciate. There's a 6 month replacement warranty of you wear through the guard. They do not cover heat damage like if you left it our in your car and the heat warps it so keep it in the AC. Thinking about getting a thicker night guard for my top teeth and still wearing my thin lower guard so that I don't keep grinding holes through it!

Generally, the night guards are fine, but I did have to send one back that was too tight and made my teeth hurt. But I can only give them three stars because there's so much human error. I tried asking for a bite guard (for muay thai) that had one color on the outside, one color on the inside. Instead, they sent me the two colors mixed together. I explained they didn't understand my request correctly, so they sent me a replacement: one color on the left, one color on the right. After that, I didn't even both asking again - I already had two bite guards now. Recently, I had to ask for a replacement after my night guard broke on warranty, and they kept sending replacement materials to the wrong address. Add to that the fact that nobody at their customer support has updated the name on their outgoing email header (Ashely) that I just don't have faith in the human/operations side of things.

The product is fine but ultimately didn't work for what I needed it for. Resulted in a refund. Refund process was easy.

Guard is difficult to remove from mouth. I'm going to see if one of the other types of guard are better.

Had to return my mouth guard. It didn't work for me but process to return was easy.
