Loved it and it failed

My first reaction when I put this night guard in was “wow, I love the feel of the soft inside and durable outer layer". Unfortunately it was so loose by week 3 that it was falling out if I didn’t hold it in with my tongue. I am not sure why it is supposed to be a hard outer layer (for extra hard grinder/clinchers) and a soft inner layer for the tooth side and then fail so quickly. On the other hand customer service has, so far, been excellent.

Fit is a lil too good

Easy to use and instructions. The end product is just too tight. Whatever they use, i am sure they expect it loosing up but i have yet to really get this product to feel okay. It's been months and it's so darn tight, i take it off in the middle of the night almost every night.

Definitely not no-show

This does what I wanted it to: keeps me from day grinding. But it is visible when wearing and it also affects my speech patterns noticeably. I wish I'd gotten the bottom instead because I think it would be less obvious.

Dual laminated mouth guard

It keeps me from grinding my teeth, but still allows me to clench, so not perfect.

Stopped wearing

Eh, I don’t know. I wore them for three days, feels like I might swallow them because its not as tight as I was expecting, feels cheaply made. Sorry.

Pretty good

Thought the mouthgaurd would fit better. The first week i wore it my teeth hurt from not fitting perfectly. Sometimes it falls out. Other than that its nice.

I didnt like how it automatically defaulted to UPPER impressions due to buying on amazon vs. directly through their website. I didnt like how long it took to ship the lower impression mold to ship. There were many things i was happy about though…::::

Dual laminated guard had quality issues, but I received replacement

I ordered a dual laminated night guard. It split apart within 2 weeks. The company replaced it with a different type of night guard. Customer service later explained that around the time my original guard was made, they discovered a production issue that prevented proper fusion of the dual laminated layers. Sentinel wasn't aware of the problem until receiving customer feedback. They have since resolved the problem. Products do come with a warranty and customers have the option to switch to a different type of guard. Under the circumstances, I would purchase from them again.

After 3 fittings, night guard still did not fit

Excellent response time. Great Price. Patient directions for re-fitting. But at the end of the day, my final product did not fit comfortably. Too tight. Felt like braces vs. a night guard. Perhaps I just could not master the 'remote' fitting process.

I have acute bruxism and grind my teeth so much so, that before I wore a nightguard, I once fractured a molar. The nightguard that I ordered from Sentinel is not as thick as the one I had before, I need a thicker mouthguard.
