This is my second purchase from this company courtesy of my dog chewing the last one. Before I found Sentinel, I had spent $500 on the same thing from the dentist. Making one impression takes about 5 minutes from start to finish. You do have to take a second impression of your lower teeth too (also takes 5 min.) so allow about 20 minutes total to familiarize yourself with the instructions, etc. Make sure you mix the two different color putties together quickly until they are one color, then you put it in the tray and press your teeth and you're done! Mail it off and you have a mouth guard back in about a week. Very easy, and well worth the money.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to say thank you. I screwed up my dental impression and even used the extra putty that was in the kit that was sent. Thank you for sending a new kit and not charging me. My mouth piece fits perfect and I appreciate your customer service. -Mike

This is the best! I've tried many guards over many years of suffering from TMJ, and none worked or were comfortable to wear. This guard is extremely comfortable and really does help with relieving my jaw pain and protecting the teeth from grinding. Customer service team is very nice and fast. Excellent all around experience!

I'm not a person who writes reviews but this company deserves a glowing one! After emailing Chasity with some questions, I felt comfortable placing my order. They make the molding process super easy to follow. I mailed the impressions back and within a week my new guard arrived. It was beautifully crafted and fits perfectly. The attention to detail is apparent. This is an exemplary company that I will be using from now on. I love that this service is available and my teeth thank you!

Returning customer and I'm please with this replacement. I did have to take a new dental impression as I learned they only keep the impressions on file for 1 year. This replacement guard is just like the one I received several years ago. Consistent, good work. Thanks

Very good night guard at a decent price. I tried the ones you boil & bite but it was so bulky and made me gag. These are custom made from an impression from your teeth and there is a HUGE difference. When you do the impression, make sure you do it in front of a mirror and use the bigger sized tray. Not the smaller one. I made a mistake the first time but they include an extra set of putty for a retry. Overall, great service from start to finish!

AS GOOD AS MY DENTIST'S! First try with the dental impression kit was unsuccessful but they include an extra packet of putty so I was able to get a nice teeth impression the second time around. I emailed the company a picture and they verified the impression was sufficient. Mailed it in and the mouth guard came about a week later. I am extremely impressed with the fit and quality. Just the same as my dentist only hundreds of dollars less!

I didn't realize how badly I was clenching my jaw during the day until I started having headaches! I work from home but on a computer for long periods of time. This works so well. The ordering process was easy. My headaches are GONE and I feel so much better knowing that even if I can't stop clenching my jaw during the day, my teeth are protected! 5 stars!!
