I almost never leave reviews but this is worth taking the time. The customer service is outstanding and helped ease my concerns about doing this online. The retainers themselves look SO MUCH BETTER than the ones made from my orthodontist. They technicians must be artists! Do yourself a favor and order from this company. You won't regret it!

I bought these for cheek biting. I have big cheeks (I suppose), They're always getting in the way and sometimes the sores are so painful it's distracting and unbearable. I've always just dealt with it but I saw an ad for this product and the way it was described made sense.Took longer than I wish but they have to custom make the guards so worth the wait. They were quick to respond to my emails. Finally got the guards and haven't had a problem with the cheek biting since. All in all the process took about 3 weeks from start to finish. I wear them at night and during the day. Happy with them. 5 stars

I researched a lot of other companies and they didn't require the upper and lower teeth impressions. I like that they make sure the bite is correct. I was skeptical because it's so much cheaper than the dentist but I got my guard and waited to weigh in. The guard fits perfect and I've been sleeping soundly for several weeks now. This is the real deal. Thank you for existing Sentinel. You're a tooth saver!

Great value for the low price. My dental office wanted to charge me $300 and I didn't get an option to pick my thickness. I went with a 2mm thick guard because I'm not doing a full contact sport. Fits very well. Definitely recommend~

Great product, GREAT customer service! I asked my dentist what I could do about my chronic tongue biting and he didn't suggest anything like this. He suggested mouthwash to heal it (that he happened to sell..ha!) The mouthwash may work but this actually allows the area to HEAL! I had a lot of questions because I was worried about my own teeth molds. Great customer service. Easy process. 5 stars. Would recommend!

This is it!! I have tried so many mouthguards by other companies and dentists. They always get it wrong. I expected the same this time but I was pleasantly surprised! The fit is perfect. Not too tight. Not too loose. It fits perfectly. I sleep all through the night. Thank you! You have a customer for life <3

When my daughter’s night guard finally wore through, I tried Sentinel after reading the reviews. She mostly grinds her teeth during the day so after a conversation with the customer service, we went with the day guard. The process works a lot like how it would be handled at the dentist's office but with fraction of the cost. They send you the impression kit, you send it back to them and within a week or so you receive the guard. The first time we sent the impression, the top wasn’t deep enough so they sent us another kit for her upper teeth. We gave it another go and it worked. The fit is very comfortable for my daughter and so far it seems sturdy. It’s a great alternative way to get your night guard for daytime and I highly recommend purchasing from Sentinel.

I would agree with everyone below. Sentinel's customer service is #1. I received several emails throughout the process keeping me informed. I was thinking to myself another automated email system but they were all informative, useful emails with my tracking information etc. They are quick to respond through email as well and I received my night guard within about 3 weeks from the order date. *****

Messed up my impression the first time. Sent a picture in and they told me that it wouldn't make for a good night guard so I used the extra putty that was in the kit to try again. About 1 1/2 weeks later I received my guard. I'm glad they care enough to supply an extra putty pack for a retry and provide such friendly customer service. Will be back because I don't think this teeth grinding habit is going anywhere!
