I am just writing to thank you for all the work you did to get me a mouth guard that fits comfortably. Sentinel mouthguard has great customer service. I had some problems with the original fit of my mouthguard, and they helped me return it 3 times and sent me a new impression packet. I am now completely satisfied with the fit. I highly recommend this mouth guard company. Their customer support is wonderful. I messed up my dental impression twice and they were very thorough in explaining where I went wrong. On the 3rd attempt I got it right. My night guard was a little too tight initially so I sent it in for an adjustment. Turnaround time was very fast. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my night guard and the experience as a whole!

A Must-Buy! I tried other online companies and the fit was never right. This company gives you extra putty in the impression package to make sure the mold is correct. They give clear instructions for taking your impression. I took mine correctly on the second try. First try I hit my front teeth against the tray. Mailed it in and received my night guard about a week later. I sleep with it every night. My jaw pain and headaches are GONE! I'll be buying again in the future when this one wears out.

I have a small mouth and needed small tray sizes sent out. Sentinel was very accomodating. Made the initial purchase 3 weeks ago and I already have the custom retainers. This company will be my go to whenever I need to replace my retainers in the future.

I really like working with sentinel, they're fast friendly and follow up well. Any problems are cleared up with a no hassle approach. They make it easy when my dog chews my night guard! It's not funny, but it's funny cause it's true.
